1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ETA Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ETA Tracker provides vendor arrival tracking and coordination tools for event organizers. The Service allows users to create events, generate tracking links for vendors, and monitor vendor arrivals in real-time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Share tracking links with unauthorized parties
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to track individuals without their consent
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Vendor Consent

Event organizers are responsible for ensuring that vendors understand and consent to location sharing when using tracking links. Location sharing is always opt-in and vendors can stop sharing at any time.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid features require a valid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ETA calculations depend on third-party services (mapping APIs) and may vary in accuracy. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Relayable and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relayable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relayable and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
